Digging Up family Roots in Sicily?

Over the years we have met many of Sicilian background who came to Sicily, most of them for the first time and had a memorable experience, one that will be told over the generations.

We provide private driver service to take you to visit the town where your family comes from and we will also take you to the town hall where you may request for family records. We recommend bringing any documentation you may have of your Sicilian relatives.

Bringing to life those stories you heard growing up from your parents, grand parents or even great grand parents is just an amazing experience. For many, it is a very special moment and emotional journey to be reunited with living relatives or to explore the town where your family comes from or even to enjoy the food, festivities and the local lifestyle.

My grandfather, Vincenzo A., emigrated  from Palazzo Adrano to New York City around the time of the first World War. He passed away when I was 14 years old and my father, Luigi A. (born in NYC), passed away in 1994, so many of the stories about Sicily were from my early days. My grandmother was from a neighboring town called Prizzi.

Luciano, our driver, was a wonderful and arranged for the travel and our overnight stay in a wonderful B&B where the food was nothing short of magnificent and all locally sourced!
